In
1975 I joined the COMEX Company, with whom I stayed
until 1980. These five years helped to form the
field manager. Rapidly destined to take responsibilities,
I was obliged to learn quickly how to foresee the
often-unexpected problems, which arise on the worksite.
Face to face with the complex realities, my organising
abilities were put to the test.
The practical know-how combined with a solid theoretical and technical
knowledge has allowed me to become a good adviser and organiser.
In both roles, I realised the importance of privileging good relations
with the men and societies around the world...
